1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using Space Atlas: Explore the Universe, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Space Atlas: Explore the Universe is an educational astronomy application offering:

• 245+ encyclopedic articles in 4 languages (English, French, Spanish, Italian)
• Interactive quizzes at 4 difficulty levels
• Real-time space data (ISS tracking, rocket launches, solar activity, aurora forecasts)
• NASA Astronomy Picture of the Day
• An interactive 3D solar system
• A sky observation guide with moon phase tracking

3. Purchase and License

Space Atlas: Explore the Universe is free to download with limited features. Full access is available through Space Atlas Pro, offered as:

• Monthly subscription: 2.99 EUR/month
• Annual subscription: 19.99 EUR/year
• Lifetime access: 49.99 EUR (one-time purchase)

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. The app contains no advertisements.

4. Educational Content

All educational content is provided for informational and pedagogical purposes. While we strive to ensure accuracy, Space Atlas: Explore the Universe cannot be held responsible for factual errors. Scientific data is sourced from recognized institutions including NASA, ESA, NOAA, and the IAU.

5. Real-Time Data

The application displays real-time data from public APIs (NASA, NOAA, and other open data providers). This data is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Data availability depends on third-party API uptime.

6. Intellectual Property

The application design, code, original educational content, and user interface are the intellectual property of Space Atlas: Explore the Universe. NASA images and public API data remain in the public domain or under their respective licenses.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the application or its content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Space Atlas: Explore the Universe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) according to their refund policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the user's country of residence.
